Information you provide

When you book a credit-repair consultation, submit a notarization request, or contact us, we receive the information you provide for that purpose. The notarization request form collects only your name and email address. It does not ask for document type, Social Security number, account number, date of birth, or payment information.

Consultation scheduling

Consultation scheduling is provided through Calendly, which processes booking information as a service provider. Calendly may collect information needed to schedule and conduct the 20-minute outbound call, such as your name, email, selected time, contact details needed for the call, and any response you choose to enter in the optional preparation field. Do not enter a Social Security number, account number, date of birth, payment information, password, or identity document in that field. No payment is collected through the consultation booking.

Calendly's processing is subject to its own privacy practices. We receive booking information needed to respond to and conduct the consultation.

Notarization requests and human eligibility review

A notarization request is not a confirmed appointment. A team member reviews the request and contacts you to confirm the document type and eligibility before any session is confirmed. This eligibility review is a human process and is not automated. We do not ask you to email a document or sensitive details. If eligibility is confirmed, a team member may provide a link to our secure online notarization platform for identity proofing, secure document upload, and payment. The platform is not named here; its own privacy and security terms apply to information processed there.

No payment is collected on the notarization request page. Payment is handled securely on our secure online notarization platform only after your session is confirmed.

How we use and share information

We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule and conduct consultations, review notarization requests, and provide requested services. We may use service providers to host the website, deliver form submissions, and support scheduling. We do not sell information submitted through these forms. We do not send your information to a notary platform automatically; any platform link is provided by a team member after eligibility is confirmed.

Sensitive information

Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, dates of birth, payment information, passwords, identity documents, or document contents through general website forms or by ordinary email. Use only secure upload instructions provided after eligibility review when document upload is needed.

Retention and security

We retain information as needed to respond to your request, provide services, meet applicable recordkeeping duties, and protect our business. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Service providers may maintain information under their own policies and legal obligations.

Your choices and contact

You may contact us to ask about the personal information you provided or to request a correction, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. For privacy questions, email estone@stonesnotarycreditrepair.com.

Credit-repair disclosures

No credit-repair services or contract begin until the required written disclosures are provided and a written contract is signed. See our Compliance & Disclosures page for consumer rights and service terms.
